Newcastle Gynaecologist, Dr Shaylee Iles 
My name is Dr Shaylee Iles, I undertook my medical degree at UNSW, graduated in 2001. I have received broad experience throughout my specialist training in Canberra, Launceston and Newcastle.
I also hold a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Education (Flinders, 2012).
My interest areas for consulting include, but are not limited to:
- General Gynaecology
- Urogynaecology – including urinary incontinence and prolapse.
- Minimally invasive gynaecology – hysteroscopy and laparoscopy
- Menstrual disorders
- Pap smear abnormalities
I am committed to remaining in the Newcastle area for the long term as it provides a lifestyle and family-friendly location.
Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my four children.
